Terms of Service

NextWave (the operator of Flow) · Last updated 26 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Flow, provided by NextWave. By creating an account or using Flow, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Flow helps home-service businesses capture and follow up enquiries (missed calls, quotes, reviews, referrals, renewals) and reports on recovered activity. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and will not be charged.

3. Pricing & billing

After the trial, the plan is billed monthly. Founding members lock in A$199/month (a discount on the standard A$299/month) for as long as the subscription stays active. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST where applicable. Payment is by card or Australian bank direct debit via our payment provider.

4. Cancellation & refunds

There is no lock-in — you can cancel any time, and cancelling stops your next renewal. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable for change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for having the right and any required consent to contact your customers, and for complying with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act and other applicable laws. You must not use Flow to send unlawful, misleading or harmful messages.

6. Message content is yours, not ours

Flow is infrastructure: it sends messages on your behalf, to your customers, using content you write or configure (including template text you edit). NextWave does not draft, review, moderate, or monitor the content of messages sent through your account, and does not routinely access or read message content. You are solely responsible for what is sent under your account and for its accuracy, legality, and compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act, and any other applicable law. NextWave holds no responsibility or liability for the content of messages sent by you or on your behalf through the service.

7. Your data

You own your business and customer data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability & results

We work to keep Flow available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Estimates and projections (including audit figures and Recovery Scores) are indicative only and not a guarantee of results or revenue.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, resell access without permission, or use Flow to break the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NextWave is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding fees paid for the affected period.

11. Termination

You can stop using Flow at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination you can request export of your data for a reasonable period.

12. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Contact: ns@nextwave.au, NextWave, Melbourne.

This document is a plain-English starting point and not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified Australian lawyer before relying on it. Questions: ns@nextwave.au.
